Wow....wow wow wow. The level of customer service is unparalleled. I ordered some flowers for my wife (same day delivery by the way) and the security desk didn't see her name on the employee directory. Becky, who was delivering the flowers, both called and texted me letting me know that there was a problem. We were able to figure out that the security folks still had her maiden name.
